ELVARYXA Journal

Editorial policy

The journal’s editorial standard is simple: make the question, evidence, limitations and next step visible. A professional design is not a substitute for an accurate article.

Content labels

Planning guides offer frameworks and examples. Researched explainers summarise verified information and cite primary sources. Hands-on reviews require real use and evidence of the task, date and version tested. These formats must not be presented as interchangeable.

Sources and verification

Current prices, availability, software features and policies should be checked against primary sources and dated where relevant. Missing information should be identified rather than invented. Legal, tax, financial, medical and child-safety subjects need appropriate verification and qualified review; general articles are not individual professional advice.

AI assistance

AI may help organise, draft or edit content. It is not the author of record or a replacement for editorial responsibility. The owner must review factual claims, remove unsupported statements and add genuine evidence where the article needs it. Starter drafts in this package are AI-assisted and must be reviewed before publication.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate and sponsored relationships must be disclosed beside the relevant content. Do not invent partnerships, awards, reader numbers, testimonials, ratings or product tests. Recommendations should describe important drawbacks as well as potential uses.

Images and examples

Conceptual images illustrate a subject; they do not prove that a product, office, customer or service exists. Hypothetical calculations and sample briefs must be labelled. Images and other assets need an appropriate licence or permission for their use.

Corrections and updates

Important factual changes should be corrected and significant updates described when needed. Publication dates must not be changed merely to create an appearance of freshness. Readers can use the Contact page for available correction channels.
